I was skeptical! But something had to change. Lou made me feel heard during those two phone calls. It felt like water being poured on a wildfire. I decided that I should invest in this course and give it a go, for myself as a parent and for my children.

 I connected with other mums who were struggling with their children, too. So, I did not feel alone like I had felt before the course.

Louise speaks softly but confidently. She listens attentively and makes you feel heard and seen. Additionally, she is on the parenting journey with us with her two, so she is immersed in all the problems and issues we deal with as parents on a daily basis. I can imagine it would feel different if the parent coach was not a parent.



 She made me feel safe and comfortable.  I love that about her! Louise sincerely believes in and cares about what she does. It is a part of her life. It is not merely a job that pays bills. She genuinely wants to help families, schools and society around her. That in itself is a special person right there!

You're meant to enjoy your children. That's the aim. Ive learned that I can repair. I'm enjoying them more now - I'm not feeling overwhelmed by it all like I was before.

I'm so impressed with myself by how far I've come and how much calmer I'm being by managing and leaning into it all. It's so much better now

Things are at least 5 times better!! I am able to stop my reactions and reflect not only on my child's needs, but also on mine in those moments of high emotion rather than dealing with the regret of using a harsh tone later.

It has been the most wonderful 12 weeks of parenting coaching sessions with Louise and I can’t thank her enough for the patience and kindness with which she showed. I feel I have come a long way in the way I respond to my children. 

I am so grateful for having met Louise! She has been a compassionate parenting coach, holding a safe space for me and at the end of each session I felt ‘heard’ and ‘seen’ with empathy and kindness. She is truly amazing at what she does.
